EXTENDED & LIFETIME WARRANTIES:

PrimeTrack provides a warranty for its products to the original purchaser, ensuring that the products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and proper use for a period of three (3) years from the effective date of purchase for fleet sizes 100 & below, & for the life of the vehicles for fleet sizes above 100 at time of purchase.

During this warranty period, PrimeTrack will repair or replace any products that exhibit factory defects at no cost to the client. Please find below detailed guidance about our warranty terms:

WHAT IS COVERED:

• This warranty applies only to products sold through PrimeTrack’s authorized representatives or channels of distribution.
• Any device factory defect noticed during installation prior to normal operational use of the device by client is fully covered by Prime Warranty
• All warranty work must be performed by PrimeTrack or authorized PrimeTrack staff/agents.
• Any attempts to self-repair, service, tamper with, or alter the product in any way will void this warranty.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED:

• Post installation & confirmation of normal working of a Prime tracker, warranty does not apply in the event of physical damage caused by accidents, unauthorized removal, attempted repair of the device or its components; issues arising from 3rd. party repair works on or fault-management activities in the vehicle; device tampering, modification, or attempted self-troubleshooting.
• Also not covered are cases involving fire, earthquake, damage from external sources, including those caused by electrical surge, vehicle power/battery malfunction, or force majeure.
• Acts of sabotage carried out by third parties outside of PrimeTrack’s sphere of influence are not covered. Damage caused by mechanical/electrical/cosmetic service or other services performed by anyone other a PrimeTrack Authorized Service technician/engineer is not covered.
• This warranty does not extend to any other equipment, apparatus, vehicle, or watercraft to which this product may be attached or connected.

EXTENSION OF COVERAGE:

Subject to the terms and limitations of this PrimeTrack Standard Limited Warranty, the warranty covers any new covered product found to be defective within the applicable warranty period. PrimeTrack reserves the right to examine the alleged defective covered product to determine warranty applicability, and the final determination of warranty coverage lies solely with PrimeTrack. If warranty coverage applies, PrimeTrack will repair or replace the covered product or any part thereof, at its sole discretion. If the product has been subjected to conditions that exclude warranty coverage, the customer will be notified and given the option to authorize paid repair service or choose another disposition for the product. It is important to note that if you sell or transfer ownership of your covered product, this PrimeTrack Standard Limited Warranty will automatically terminate
