PrimeTrack Warranty Policy

Coverage Duration:

PrimeTrack offers a warranty to the original purchaser of its products, which is valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase.

Coverage Details:

This warranty ensures that the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and proper use during the warranty period.

What Is Covered:

• The warranty applies only to products purchased through PrimeTrack’s authorized representatives or distribution channels.
• Any factory defects identified during installation, before the product is used operationally, are covered.
• All warranty services must be performed by PrimeTrack or authorized PrimeTrack personnel. Unauthorized repairs or alterations will void this warranty.

What Is Not Covered:

• Damage occurring after installation and confirmation of proper operation is not covered if caused by accidents, unauthorized removal, tampering, or attempts to repair or modify the device.
• Issues arising from third-party repair or fault-management activities, device tampering, or self-troubleshooting are excluded.
• Damage due to fire, earthquake, electrical surges, vehicle power/battery failures, improper storage and handling, or force majeure events is not covered.
• Sabotage by third parties or damage from mechanical, electrical, or cosmetic services performed by anyone other than a PrimeTrack Authorized Service technician is not covered.
• The warranty does not extend to any other equipment, vehicle, or watercraft to which the product is attached or connected.

Warranty Extension and Transfer:

• Warranty coverage is limited to products found defective within the applicable warranty period. PrimeTrack reserves the right to inspect the product to determine the validity of the warranty claim. The final decision on warranty coverage rests solely with PrimeTrack.
• If a product is deemed to be out of warranty coverage, the customer will be informed and given the option for paid repair services or other disposition choices.
• The warranty terminates automatically if the covered product is sold or ownership is transferred.
